After nearly a decade in the Phoenix area, we have decided to relocate and we are offering the farm and the houses for sale. The farm is located in Black Canyon City, an easy 45 minute drive from Phoenix giving both easy access to the city and and Sky Harbor  International Airport. In addition the farm is only 15 minutes from Anthem. Anthem offers a full array of needed amenities from shopping to health care to child care.

The farm is located on 20 acres adjacent to the Agua Fria Preserve. The park prevents further development surrounding the farm, so the farm will always remain an oasis in the midst of a growing community. From the farm people have direct access to the preserve.

Perhaps the most unique feature of the farm is the amazing landscaping.
