TO THE HOUSE:

Take exit 242 when you get to Black Canyon city. When you get to the stop sign at the top of the exit ramp you will turn east. That will put you on the frontage road going north parallel to the freeway.  (The name of that road it Velda Rose).  

Stay on Velda Rose till you get to the first stop sign (Velda Rose wonders around a little bit).  When you get to the stop sign you will turn right and the name of that road is Mud Springs road.  Stay on Mud springs road till you get to the next stop sign which is Squaw Valley.

At Squaw Valley you will turn right.  When you get on Squaw Valley stay straight....you will go up this little hill with a very junkie house on the right hand side.  

When you get to the top of the hill you will look for the second left...the name of the street is Melanie.  You will turn left (or north) on Melanie and go absolutely straight....(the paved part makes a right hand bend) you will stay straight even though the road turns to gravel.....you will see the overhead white iron gates that say "Cold Water Ranch"....  drive in and follow the road to the back of the house and park.....

TO THE BARN:

Stay on Velda Rose till you get to the first stop sign (Velda Rose wonders around a little bit).  When you get to the stop sign you will turn right and the name of that road is Mud Springs road.  Stay on Mud springs road till you get to the next stop sign which is Squaw Valley.

When you get to Squaw Valley you will turn right (the Spot is on the corner and the old nursery is straight ahead).  After you get on Squaw Valley the 1^st road to the left (after the trailer park on the left) is Ha-Wa-Si at this road you will turn left.  You will then go to your second road to the right which is

A-Whey-Det-Sa.  At this road you will turn right and stay absolutely straight.

You will see the overhead iron gate that says COLD WATER RANCH.  When you enter the farm stay straight and you will be going to the south side of show and stallion barn.  The road comes out in the middle of the barn area.  

 We get semi truck and trailers in with no problem.
